Estimates, not advice

Wagebee estimates pay from the hours you enter and from official overtime rules for the place you select. It is not legal, tax or payroll advice. Overtime rules can differ for salaried and exempt roles, union and other contracts, collective agreements, averaging agreements and some industries, and rules can change. Your employer's payroll and the applicable law decide what you are paid. If you think you were underpaid, talk to your employer or your local labor standards office.

The take-home estimate uses the tax percentage and deductions you enter. It is not a tax calculation.

Pay forecasts assume you work the shifts you scheduled. Holiday earned by hours worked uses the percentage you set (12.07% is the UK figure for irregular hours) and your holiday year; your contract may say otherwise.

Clocking in by location and from Apple Watch, widgets or notifications are conveniences. Check your times: location can be late or wrong, for example near the edge of the workplace circle.

Subscriptions

Wagebee Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.

Your data

Your data stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups: Wagebee can save all your data to a backup file you keep.
